Silence in Motion
Yogaś Citta vrtti nirodhaha योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः ॥ १.२॥
“Yoga is the calming of the mental and spiritual movements”
– Patanjali 1.2
Yoga and meditation means unity with your divine self.
Experience the positioning of deep relaxation – in a certain position, the mind and body automatically reach a deep rest. It happens naturally. Tensions are released and the self takes over.
Physical exercises – from a relaxed state of well-being we begin
By gently stretching the body, deep-seated tensions in the coccyx and sacral joints can often be released. In the mind-body-nervous system, stress is released as if by itself. A feeling of well-being and calm sets in. The self takes over the leadership.
Pankajā’s classes include gently performed yoga Āsanas that balance your body energies, your digestive and immune system and your mind. Together we begin with prānāyāma (breathing exercises) to move the flow of prāna, the life force, in the natural direction and to attune ourselves to the state of deep peace and joy in meditation.

Just being in the moment
We are lying there, warm and safe. I don't have to do anything, I don't have to prove anything. I just have to be in the moment, in the silence. It feels good!

The entire body led to deep relaxation
The wonderfully comfortable positioning of the entire body led to a deep relaxation, which continued to have an effect at home and I was able to sleep through the night again for the first time in a long time.

Every week I meet with great people in a wonderful room
I have loved Wonne Yoga since day one. After 4 weeks I really notice how good I am feeling, how I am becoming more aware and paying more attention to my breathing, being gentler to myself and my body and meeting great people every week in a wonderful room to practice and celebrate “gentle and calm yoga”. Thank you Pankaja for the great opportunity and I am looking forward to many more yoga classes with you and all the others.
