Just being in the moment
We are lying there, warm and safe. I don't have to do anything, I don't have to prove anything. I just have to be in the moment, in the silence. It feels good!

every week I meet with great people in a wonderful room
I have loved Wonne Yoga since day one. After 4 weeks I really notice how good I am feeling, how I am becoming more aware and paying more attention to my breathing, being gentler to myself and my body and meeting great people every week in a wonderful room to practice and celebrate “gentle and calm yoga”.
